Kim Pham

Kim Pham dislikes titles. He would prefer to be called a Geek rather than a CTO, or Chief Technology Advisor, the role he is recognised and respected for by his team and clients.

In his role as the Technical Services Director at IT Networks, Kim lives and breathes technology and leverages his engineering background and qualifications to lead the company’s technical initiatives.

As a co-owner, Kim is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering innovative IT solutions that empower clients.

Kim’s excitement with cracking new technologies and transforming them into successful client solutions complements the energy and passion of Jim Kay, the Founder of IT Networks, for developing bullet-proof business processes and life-long customer relationships.

With a Bachelor of Engineering and certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Certified Voice Associate, Kim brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role. He is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and improve productivity, ultimately allowing him to spend more time pursuing his love for skiing in Japan.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kim is committed to making a difference in his community. He recently completed a 7-kilometer run in support of pancreatic cancer research fundraising, with aspirations to reach 10 kilometres.

In his personal time, Kim enjoys nurturing his interests in aquariums, particularly coral propagation, as well as topiary and science. As an Aquarius, he embodies a spirit of innovation and curiosity that drives both his personal and professional pursuits.
