Mr. Kim Pham is the Technical Services Director at IT Networks, where he utilises his engineering background and certifications to lead the company’s technical initiatives. As a co-owner, Kim is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering innovative managed IT solutions that empower clients.

With a Bachelor of Engineering and certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional, and Cisco Certified Voice Associate, Kim brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role. He is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and improve productivity, ultimately allowing him to spend more time pursuing his love for skiing in Japan.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kim is committed to making a difference in his community. He recently completed a 7-kilometre run in support of pancreatic cancer research fundraising, with aspirations to reach 10 kilometres.

In his personal time, Kim enjoys nurturing his interests in aquariums—particularly coral propagation—as well as topiary and science. As an Aquarius, he embodies a spirit of innovation and curiosity that drives both his personal and professional pursuits.
