Managed IT Support for Not-for-Profits
Bring everyday support, maintenance and technology planning into one agreed service. IT Networks provides managed IT for not-for-profits in Melbourne and Perth, helping staff and volunteers work with clearer support and more consistent systems.
When IT is handled only after something fails, the same issues can interrupt staff repeatedly. Devices, licences and backups may also have different owners, making it hard to see what is included or what needs attention.
Managed IT brings those responsibilities together. We review your environment, document the service scope and agree how requests, maintenance and improvements will be handled around your organisation’s work.
A documented process for requesting help, tracking issues and escalating problems affecting staff.
Review device health, patching and alerts within the agreed coverage, with ownership for follow-up.
Manage user changes, email and collaboration settings, and review subscription requirements.
Coordinate access controls, security tools and user awareness with a scope suited to your risks.
Review protected data, investigate backup issues and agree restoration checks and priorities.
Maintain useful documentation and discuss recurring issues, renewals and planned improvements.
We start with your existing systems and suppliers. That includes staff devices, networks, Microsoft 365, donor and finance applications, backup services and any current monitoring platform, including SolarWinds where used.
We agree which tools will remain, who responds to alerts and how vendor issues are escalated. Application-specific work, project delivery and support outside the agreed coverage are identified clearly.

We review Microsoft 365 usage, security requirements and renewal dates so licences suit the people who need them. Nonprofit offers depend on Microsoft’s eligibility and user-licensing rules; grants and discounts are not interchangeable.
Your organisation completes its own registration. We can help you understand the technology options and plan deployment once eligibility is confirmed. See Microsoft’s nonprofit eligibility guidance.
Your proposal sets out recurring inclusions, support hours, responsibilities and how additional work is priced. Regular reviews help you plan subscriptions and equipment as your team changes.
Our Bundoora and Burswood teams provide local coordination for not-for-profits using remote support, planned onsite work and technology projects. We agree coverage around your organisation’s locations, users and service priorities.

We run a busy clinic in Melbourne and have been using IT Networks' managed cybersecurity services for some time now. The experience has been exceptional. Their team is incredibly hands-on and responsive — always quick to address any issues or provide guidance when needed. What impressed us most is the value: their service is just as thorough and reliable as what you'd expect from a major provider, but at a much more reasonable cost. Highly recommend IT Networks to any business looking for dependable cybersecurity support without the hefty price tag.Posted on Google![]()

Our business engaged IT Networks initially to conduct a Cyber-security Audit. From the first meeting, I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail, focus on understanding the business IT set up and also on our ways of working. This resulted in an excellent outcome, improving our internal IT security. We went on to engage IT Networks as a managed service partner. Through our ongoing engagement, they are adding real value to our business and great support both during business hours and also outside of business hours when needed. Great team, great to work with!Posted on Google![]()

Boutique 3rd party provider for all you IT needs. I have entrusted our business IT needs to IT Networks for nearly 30 years now. They provide pro-active support on a monthly basis avoiding breakdown and failures. I've found this works well on-going rather than wait for problems to occur and then fix. Easily contactable, any problems that may arise are dealt with promptly. They manage domain names, fibre connections and all the various software subscriptions. I would recommend the team at IT Networks.Posted on Google![]()
