NAT (Network Address Translation)

Allows an Internet Protocol (IP) network to maintain public IP addresses separately from private IP addresses. This means that all of the private IP address on a network are mapped to a single IP address, which allows them to share a single Internet connection and enhances security by limiting the access of external computers into the network space.
